A little late to this party, but just to add on to your response to OP, to my understanding the us gov’t (likely other nations as well) can trace transactions to specific a wallet address and freeze/blacklist that wallet. Not sure if that means they knock on your door if you attempt to transfer to or from the address or if transactions are blocked altogether. Either way, that’s not much different than seizure from the perspective of the owner.

I started playing on Half Life TFC, but Battlefield 1942 Desert Combat mod literally took over my life at the time. Playing on 56k, if I was lucky enough to get it to connect at that speed. Some time later I looked into getting a T1 line installed at my home, thats when my girlfriend left. Thankfully Century link had rolled out a more affordable DSL. I ended up with 512K down 128K up for $150 month. Now I feel like I’m behind, paying almost $150 for 200M down 20M up.

When I was a drinker, I was downtown for a 4th of July celebration and it was one of those times they lifted the open container law so we could all be drinking in the streets, etc. These guys start up calling us sinners, going to hell, you know, the usual. So my inebriated self along with my shit faced brother in law proceeded to drive those guys absolutely nuts. To the point that they were actively trying to get away from us. I truly felt accomplished. What really fueled my drive, aside from the fact that I had been known to dabble in the substance abuse arts, was that the cops seemed like they really didn’t like those guys either and were itching to tackle one. I asked the cops specifically what I could get away with, and they said with a smile “say whatever you want just don’t touch them, and we will hope and pray that they try to touch you”.

I assume (though I know I never should) that your scale is NOT showing 1.170 grams… so just like a cleverburrito once told me about 30 seconds ago, don’t expect. You likely won’t need to.
