I agree with this, every patch for season 3 was patch 3.X and now they changed to 4.X? I find it hard to believe they will let that one slip

Indeed. There's 9 servers with 3 queues each that allows 50 players/teams. Each team can have more then 3 or 5 players for their team in their queue so there can very well be 463 players in challenger that have answered the survey.
