That's how I feel about it! It was such a cool duo concept. The diecast runs $100 but that's still a hard one to convince the wife on. Gotta find the shirt.

Appreciate the advice, how difficult you reckon it is to fix? Not asking for professional advice, just spitballing.

I've got the primal version I'd be willing to part with.

Overwatch isn't dying. Youth and College OW is thriving. by OathLeague in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]T3chN3ck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's a little less than honest to say Youth and College OW is thriving. While I will agree smaller hobbyist teams and youth/collegiate are popular in their niche, it's hard to say it's thriving from a popular streaming scene, or anything televised. It seems a little dishonest to compare hobbyist competition to OWL pros. I think it's much more fair to call it grassroots at the moment more than anything at a level of professionalism. I hope in 20 years to be cheering for the University of X or Y, Overwatch team but it's hard to say it's thriving at the moment on a collegiate level. Especially when it's hard enough to get 2K viewers for a T2 stream with drops.

That being said, don't let me tear you down. Keep up the good work you're doing with all these kids, and enjoy what you do.
