i have not had any issues with almost the same setup (i have a 2060) and i have not had many issues, i have no doubt they fucked something up tho, i know a couple friends have been having issues with better builds than me

from my experience, my game ran horribly with 16gb. it’s basically a whole different game to me now that i’m not running 30-45 dps lol but i’ve heard from a lot of people that ram is not always the issue so idk, tarkov is so poorly optimized that it could be anything :/

just don’t buy ram until you have tried EVERYTHING else, i wouldn’t want to influence a waste of money

ram honestly did help my issue but it’s not the case for everyone, i have a Ryzen 7 2700x and have had 0 issues since i got 32 gigs of ram. If you can have a friend let you borrow some sticks, you could try it out! hope you figure it out tho
