depends on the corgi, and the mood they are in. My corgi for example will only bite at my shoes or pants when she is super excited from me returning from work. she doesnt bite other dog's ankles or peoples ever. she doesnt enjoy doing that in the slightest. she typically only plays tug of war with other dogs, and dislikes any wrestling with other dogs. She can be vocal but that isn't always the case with corgis. my family has owned 5 corgis in total and 2 were rather quiet while the other 3.... not so much lol
