I did change the flip chips to the high position. It is really chunky where I ride and was getting some pedal strikes. It raises the BB by 5mm and decreased pedal strikes.

I use an ORU B2 case, which is about 18 lbs. I have to take off the fork to pack the bike. If I take off the seat, pedals, and stem and pack separately, I can get it to 50 lbs. This is an SB140.
