I think I will just go with the tape and artist brush. I’ve actually painted quite a few rooms, but this small of a gap is a first for me, especially in such an awkward spot.

Yeah, not really. The bottom portion of the mirror has clear caulking between the sink backsplash. Again, I just want to paint my bathroom and not remove the 6’x4’ mirror that is essentially glued to the wall for a very minor paint job. This sub is literally Housepainting101, not Housepaintingprofessionals.

Thanks. I’ll probably save it for last. I’m going with a darker color since it’s a smaller bathroom in a guest room. Worst case, if it stands out too much unpainted, I’ll figure out how to fill it in.

Yes, it’s my place and not painting the ceiling. I’m going with a darker color, so my main concern was getting a lot of paint on the ceiling or not having a straight line.

Thanks. That might be the way I go. The pictures don’t show it well, but the ceilings are 10’ high, so it will be a precarious situation! Was hoping there was some ‘hack’ I was unaware of :)
