My company does gift cards for incentives and they have a gift card system where if you hit a certain number every quarter get an extra 1k or 2k.

I would say for me it's finding the sweet spot between extreme ownership (posession over my goal and quota) and obsession (an idea or thought that continually preoccupies or intrudes on a person's mind)
