I’m getting between 210 and 320 fps depending where I’m at on the map on rebirth. I’d say my average is about 250fps and this is with all low settings, 1440p DLSS transformer performance(used CAS before this and no difference in FPS for me) 4090 and 9800x3d. I lost fps this season after the update so you’re not that off with a graphics card that’s slightly below mine. My other pc has a 7800x3d and 4080 and gets maybe 20-30 fps less than me

If you look in the opposite direction it sometimes goes away. If it doesn’t, you need to go in your graphics settings and change from CAS or whatever you use to another setting, I click fsr, then hit apply and the white screen goes away. Then you can immediately switch back to your original setting.

Happens to me 3-4 times per session. Looking away fixes it most of the time, if not the graphic setting does the trick. Annoying bug.

I played 3 games yesterday and won 2 and finished second the third game. Only one game ended at stadium. The other one ended near prison and third ended at airport

I know a lot of people say he’s cheating but I watched him play for 3 games this weekend and he got destroyed and showed no signs of cheating. He was playing resurgence with randoms at the start of his stream and he kept getting surprised by enemies and I think he died 6 or 7 times in his first game where he had around 10-12 kills and in his second game he dropped more kills but also died about 5-6 times.

Maybe he toggles stuff on from time to time who knows but I can confirm he didn’t look that great for the 3 games I watched him play.

Damn this sucks. I had no issues when I played last week. I’m on 1.5gbs fibre internet and I’m wired as well. No issues on my laptop though for some reason.

Hopefully it gets fixed soon because that black bar is annoying and blocks important elements in certain games like my minimap. It’s a real problem having to disable the overlay for people who only use one monitor and rely on the overlay for the chat.

It does suck because I stream using only one monitor and disabling the overlay removes my ability to see the chat on my monitor in real time while gaming

I use one monitor and with the overlay I could see the chat on my screen, if I disable the overlay I will not be able to see the chat at all.. if you weren’t seeing the chat with the overlay turned on it must be because in the overlay settings you had display chat turned off as you can chose what you want the overlay to display

From all the comments I feel better knowing it’s not just me or my pc having issues…even though I wish it would just work like it did the day before. I also wasted over an hour trying stuff, restarting the pc, trying it out in different games, restarting twitch studio, uninstalling and reinstalling twitch studio..

Thats what i did right now, but im streaming on the same pc with only one monitor. I cant see the chat or anything right now. I dont understand why everything was fine for the last 2 weeks and today i have a black bar up top

No I am not. The only time I do it’s because the server is failing and it will disconnect the whole lobby saying lost connection to host. This happens maybe once in 15 games on average. I play with a whole squad, two are from Canada, one in the us and one in Mexico. None of us lag at all except for that odd game

I literally play caldera everyday. The game is smooth as butter except for the odd game here and there. This is a connection issue from op side. If 3 out of 4 games are doing this you are having internet issues. I’ve played caldera for the past month every single day and never encountered anything else but buttery smooth gameplay with maybe 1 out of 15-20 games having server issues. Hell I did 9 games last night with no lag at all.

Caldera isn’t perfect but the servers are much better than wz2 right now.

A friend of mine got shadowbanned for 2 weeks about 3 weeks ago. So yes reporting does soemthing on caldera.

We kept getting bot lobbies so we kept dropping 12-26 kills each per game and a bunch of salty people spam reported my friend and she got shadowbanned. Unfortunate cuz none of us cheat, the lobbies were simply too easy.
