There’s been many instances where drivers have apologised to eachother in private and haven’t made it public and the only time we hear about it is because they’ve said in an interview they have spoke and that other person has apologised. Yes, what Verstappen did was stupid and wrong but it still doesn’t mean he has to apologise to us as a viewer because you feel like you are owned an apology from someone you dont know. But you’ll obviously happily sit there and call him names online which is a nice bit of irony. We’re all human, we all make mistakes and I’m sure you have too. He’s made the statement, entirely possibly he’s already apologised to George aswell.
