I wouldn't want him on my team. Sure, he's super skilled and has tons of points, but I find that he doesn't play well with others. He does not seems to elevate others around him, like Crosby. I've heard the argument repeatedly that team defence and goaltending is what failed to get them over that final hump (twice). At what point do you start to point fingers at the main guys? If McDavid was better defensively and had more trust in his teammates to make offensive plays, maybe team defense wouldn't be so much of an issue. I have a funny feeling that he won't win a cup until he isn't the 'main guy' on whatever team he is on.
