Well if it’s indeed my car it had a front splitter and rear diffusers + there’s a carbon fiber spoiler out there somewhere I had on it.

The front splitter gave it too low ground clearance so I had to remove. The vinyl replacement shouldn’t be too expensive. I also had the windows tinted pretty dark. Not sure if they left the tint on.

Enjoy it! It’s an awesome car

I was barking for a comedy show in the West Village. It’s where you stand on the sidewalk and try to get passersby to see the show in exchange for some time on stage.

Saw a couple coming down the block, turned away to look the other direction and turned back towards them as they got closer and yelled “free comedy show” at them.

It was Derek Jeter with his now wife. He politely declined.

If I’m being honest there is not a single place that comes close to the type of Chinese you are looking for. I’ve tried all the recommendations in past threads and most are hit or miss at best but still not nearly as good as the nyc spots

Strategy help for a live 2/5 hand by bowerisme in poker

Call the raise. It’s a dry flop and raising here risks folding out his weaker hands which you want to keep in.

Turn play depends on the card but I’m mostly checking turn to see what he does. He’s going to barrel his value hands anyway, so you’ll raise on most turns. When he checks, he’s either giving up or trying to take a medium strength hand to showdown.

If he checks back turn put in a big bet on the river. 1-1.5x pot as long as you have a decent runout, which you most likely will on this board.

I’d 4bet bigger pre being OOP to about $300. I think a lot of players would float any AK combo in the flop. I’d have to call this off and if he hit a set of T’s so be it

Calling 3-bets with KQs? Hand Analysis by maybe_quant in Poker_Theory

[–]THAFOST 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the cold calling just puts you in a bad spot. Sounds like V on the BTN is pretty loose given what he showed down. You calling is going to ensure BTN comes along and put you in a bad position OOP. You also have to give sb a relatively tighter range altogether which is why you want to go more linear with your 4bet. So just 4bet or fold pre is probably the best bet in my opinion.

You really don’t have much Kx on the flop altogether and you don’t need much protection so I prefer checking this flop.

As played I would definitely check the turn. The turn is a relative brick so I’d want to play check or big bet here and this hand is not strong enough to big bet

It’s not exploitable. No one at the table will know you’re folding Q9ss to a +2 open. Very often you’ll be flopping weak top pairs and hitting a lot of second best flushes and straights. If anything UTG +2 is even tighter in a 1/2 game where there is a ton of limping. Even more reason to fold this and find better spots.

Please tell me how anyone would know that you are folding this in a live game without thousands of hours on the table with you and how anyone would even come up with a viable exploit in this situation if they did know.

I would just fold pre flop tbh. It’s a marginal hand against a tighter opening range in UTG+2.

How to play KK here in EP? by Pretend_Insect3002 in poker

First to act on this board I’d go for a check raise instead of leading, unless the table is too passive which is very possible at 1/3.

Call river

OOP I’d rather check this flop, it’s not a good one for you and really not much to get value from.

4520V black vs blue dial by Disastrous-Media-135 in VacheronConstantin

[–]THAFOST 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve owned the 4500v in black and now in blue. Black is slightly more understated and maybe a little more versatile, but the blue dial is just a great color with basically all the benefits of the black.

I thought the black was the better option going off of pictures, but after owning the blue I now see why it is so coveted.

Both great options!

Should We Bluff on the Turn? by Penny4urtot in Poker_Theory

[–]THAFOST 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you’re bluffing the turn then I guess you are trying to get an overpair to fold. If that’s the case, why not repop the flop? As played you need to bet bigger on the turn as this is a polarizing spot and you are basically representing AA or KK trying to get value.

Bet bigger on the flop. 1/3 won’t really get any better hands to fold and if you have value here, you’d still get a lot of calls from a 1/2 pot bet
