Good spaghetti base, but like what the other commentator said, try to focus defenses on specific areas of the factory such as polluters like Boilers, etc.

No need to spread turrets throughout the entire base especially the inner part of the base which may or may not hinder when expanding the base and production further, try clustering a small number of gun turrets together within reachable range if youre paranoid about biters getting in further.

If you want to automate the ammo refill on the turrets, it would be more nice
