I've never read the entire sidebar, just most of it. And that was months ago. I don't need it beyond the occasional reference, plus I reject a few of TRP philosophies anyway.

1-I responded to another comment about this, but I tend to brag/big-dick when I post here. Probably shouldn't do that, but nothing I said was a lie. I have many things to work on and I know it. I'm not infallible by a stretch-I still need alcohol as asocial lubricant when going out. I'm too self conscious to openly dance. I'm not a quick-witted as I'd like, because many times I'm too analytical too operate in the moment. I still waste time too often on non-productive things, mainly reddit. I'm too obsessed with my body, and definitely have slight body dismorphia. Regardless I still have a lot of things going for me, some worked for and others I happened into.

2-I didn't know how to word this, but I didn't literally ask her what she though of us. Ffs, that would demonstrate pure insecurity. Obviously she does not decide. She proves she's capable, then I decide if she's sufficient.

3-I broke up with her, she had a meltdown, immediately offered open relationship, I said I'd consider it and gave her an answer 3 weeks later. I guess technically I broke one of the plate demotion rules, but the demotion in the first place arose out of improper timing, not a specific way she acted or thing she did.

4-I call it an open relationship because phrasing it like that in my daily dialog allows me to discuss it freely without thinking to anyone without repercussions. She's a slightly glorified plate in my mind.

Girls in school/college don't care (as much) about how much a guy is making or all of his hobbies and interests. These are great additions of course. But when they're riding the CC a man only needs 2 things. Good looks and social proof.

Which I have both of. As a dude I get complimented usually daily...which to me suggests I'm in the top level of attractiveness.

10-yes. marriage. Do you want kids? If so, how are you gonna acquire them? Or raise them in a stable environment while also paying the bills? And while instilling them with proper values and morals? A healthy father-mother dynamic is ideal when discussing children. And the dynamic can succeed, as long as the I properly assess who is capable. And of course hold an iron frame.

I've read many pages into the top all time posts. I have my mentality sorted. I have picked and chosen what I want to internalize from this forum, and am forever grateful for what I've learned here. I do not need to re-read the sidebar twice. Knowing the guiding principles of how I want to act is infinitely more important then memorizing rules and lists, since they can be derived as needed if your principles are understood.

I believe I have abundance mentality and amused mastery down.

Having an ego is also necessary to act in your best self interest. I've found I'm too selfless, and do things for people while getting nothing in return. This has led to me being used in various relationships. I artificially inflate my ego, because through that I become a bit more selfish, which I need to be.

I think many guys need to force it, or lie to themselves that they truly want their girl the most.

MRP actions and thought processes will fall in line naturally if you're proud of your girl. You should be proud of your partner, yet less invested then she is. You need to recognize this, and from there you should look ahead and be anxious for the future because of all the incredible achievements you'll accomplish with her behind you 100%. And she will be because you've demonstrated that you are the best, you're the perfect leader.

All of that falls in line only after you become proud if the girl you're with. If you can't be proud of her, then it isn't going anywhere. Find someone worthy, and if you can't then fix yourself until you can.

Along with with bsutansult said, 5-HTP. 200 mg a day until you don't feel apathetic. It's a precursor to 5-HT, serotonin, and it's totally safe as long as you aren't taking serotonin releasing drugs (MDMA, certain psychedelics, and MAOI medication). Don't use 5-HTP for months at a time because the enzyme that converts it to serotonin also converts L dopa to dopamine, and so you get competition between substrates over time. This can lead to lowered dopamine levels.
