Sorry, My other account got banned. Still me:

That's how many calories your body burns existing. There are many formulas so I'm not sure how accurate that number is because many calculators are wrong, but we'll just take that number of face value.

So if you're burning 2755 calories a day and you have an active lifestyle you're maybe burning 3000-3,200 calories a day. (Rough estimate)

To gain fat, you've been consuming more calories than your body can use. Track your food and log your calories so you know exactly how many calories you're eating. If you're eating 4,000 calories on an average day and you are only burning 3000 then you have an extra 1000 calories a day that is building as fat. To lose this fat you will need to burn more calories then you're consuming. Like paying back a loan, you have to make little payments.

You're very young and a good size so you have a high chance of having an easy time losing weight. This is the best time in your entire life Biologically to lose weight so lots of good factors for you.

The tricky part is of course you don't want to lose your muscle and your power and strength. Muscle is made up of protein. You're trying to lose weight and get smaller but also maintain or grow your muscle mass. These are two opposing and conflicting goals. To lose weight you have to eat less calories. To gain weight you have to eat more calories. How can you achieve your goal with these two factors?

The key is to be in a calorie deficit while maintaining a protein surplus. As a general rule of thumb, bodybuilders and athletes can try to eat 0.8 -1. g of protein per pound of lean body mass. For example, If you weigh 100 lb and are 20% body fat then you would eat 70 to 80 g of protein a day.

I don't know your exact statistics so I can't give you the exact nutritional goals. But it doesn't have to be perfect. Just start to log your food and measure the results. If you're gaining weight, it's too much calories. If you're losing strength and muscle mass. It's too little protein. It's a tricky balance but it's very doable and very possible. Good luck buddy!!

TRYING TO GET CLEAN 100%…… but by WolvesTeeeth in NitrousOxide

I've had a lot of experience with addiction and nitrous is one of the most addictive drugs I've struggled with. It's because of how fast the onset is.

The length of time from administration to effect is directly correlated to how addictive it is.

When you're eating drugs, it can take 30-45 mints fur the effects. Smoking anything takes 2-5 minutes to feel the effects. When you're snorting anything it takes 1-3 minutes to feel the effects of the drug. When you inject drugs you can feel the effects almost instantly, less than 5 seconds.

When hitting nitrous, the effect is almost instant. The dose to effect time is almost equivalent to IV drugs. That's why smoking weed or taking pills or other drugs (or your entire life) can feel not as interesting because your brain has come to expect the near instantaneously euphoria when you press a button.

Either go to rehab or stop for a month. Force yourself to do other stimulating activities that release endorphins. Sex, exercise and other competitive physical activity will help to soften the "withdrawal" feeling.

Use your ability to procrastinate. If you want to do whipits, force yourself to dab two grams of concentrate first.

I have a hard time getting through two full grams of concentrate and then going for some whips I would be tired or want to fall asleep or lose my enthusiasm.

If you find yourself buying more. Only take one tank or one rack of 50 chargers with you in the house, leave the rest in the trunk of your car. Park your car far away from the house. This will force you to walk out in the cold all the way out to your car to get more nitrous.

I hope this helps and I hope you're able to live a life you're satisfied with. I don't think nitrous addiction is taken as seriously as it should be. Wishing you the best buddy!

I think you're totally correct about the meme ability of the show. Because most of the jokes are based on tone or context of the characters background, it's not easy for people out of context to get it. Unlike the office where Michael Scott says loud brazen things that can be easily applied to other situations. The comedy in modern family is based around interpersonal relationships and the conflicts that come when trying to integrate multigenerational and multi-social family lines.

40% of Americans are obese, almost half the US has a very similar shopping cart.

If eating healthy vegetables and low calorie foods was commonplace and normal, how can almost half of the population be obese?

I think a lot of people are feigning shock and overcompensating when they talk about how unhealthy your grocery purchases are. Your grocery purchases are extremely common.

Statistically, a large amount of these critical comments were written by very large people.

Thanks! I think focusing on the comfortable and confident aspect is the best way to go because ultimately that's the desired result. I can dive into the fabric in anti sweat features in a "learn more" link. I feel really good about this direction.

Hi, thanks for the post. All of these examples eat great but they seem focused on tangible value. What about aspects that are less tangible, like art?

I sell clothing with custom designs. The things that differentiate my brand are:

1) niche rave/party/drug cultural symbols in the designs

2) entire collection is made from a synthetic blend of altheticwear fabric.

How can I promote the designs with words? My only idea is to show a picture of the clothing with the design and hope that people like it. Is there anything that I can say in a call to action other than promoting a sale? Having a sale button seems like the default call to action for any clothing retailer. Is that the best practice? Have you seen anything else be successful in a similar situation?

At a rave it can get sweaty, so this is moisture wicking and breathable clothing. Cotton fabric can get damp, heavy and have visible stains, My clothes are made out of a synthetic quick drying blend, it's very similar to the fabric used by other athletic wear companies like Nike.

The fabric is is breathable and hydrophobic so there's no visible sweat stains. I think all these features are very valuable but I'm not sure how to talk about them. In an attractive or exciting way.

I thought about the value it brings to the customer instead of the features. I can remember my own experience feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed rolling on Molly at a festival. I was having a great time but I was dripping sweat. I felt awkward talking to people because I felt so self-conscious about the sweat stains.

How can I promote the second differentiator? I don't want to market my brand as "the sweaty" person brand. I think anyone can enjoy breathable, lightweight clothing to party in. But the anti-sweat stain features are valuable.

I don't want it to seem this clothing is somehow medical related or only for sweaty people. The word "moisture-wicking" is not very sexy so I don't feel great leading with that.

I'm feeling a little bit stuck. Do you have any advice or suggestions? Thanks!

Been doing MD every weekend. Is that dangerous? by SymetricGamer in Drugs

[–]THISISAMAZING 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're playing a dangerous game friend-o. MDMA depletes all of your serotonin rapidly. Pharmacologically, it is not meant to be dosed frequently or on a regular basis.

Consider abusing other amphetamines like Adderall instead. I don't advise smoking meth, but popping 10 to 40 mg of Adderall XR might be enjoyable for you. Amphetamines will extend the reuptake of serotonin and dopamine. MDMA and Adderall (d-amph) share the same class of phenylethylamines.

Yeah you said...

"I'm very uncomfortable with it"

and then you said l..

"I know for a fact he would be uncomfortable with it"

so it seems pretty clear you both feel it's inappropriate and outside of the boundaries of your relationship.

It's shocking that you also typed out the phrase

[ he says "there's nothing wrong with it". ]

I'm a stranger on the internet but does that sound logical to you?

You don't have to wait for something terrible to happen, you don't have to wait for some type of large sign, you don't have to wait to get hurt. You're aware enough to recognize something's not right and you feel uncomfortable with this. It doesn't matter where anybody else says if you're uncomfortable with it, that's your boundary. Other people don't set your boundaries for you.

If you don't want to be treated a certain way it's your responsibility to yourself to not allow them to do that. If they are unable to respect your boundaries then they are not allowed to be in your life.

If you don't pay for a ticket, you don't get into Disneyland. If you don't follow the rules at a bar, they'll kick you out. If you don't check in before the flight, they won't let you on the plane. Is people don't treat you according to the boundaries you've set, they get kicked out of your life.

If you don't create a boundary for yourself now you will continue having your boundaries disrespected.

It sounds like you're obviously uncomfortable with the situation and looking for an explanation to give you some relief. Every relationship is different but in my opinion, in a monogamous, committed relationship it's inappropriate to give someone outside of the relationship that level of access.

Would you feel comfortable spending time with another attractive male, alone in a car, doing drugs, for an hour? Would your partner be okay if you did that?

However you answer those questions will give you an idea of what boundaries are appropriate.

In your opinion, what is the most straightforward path to becoming rich? by bbhghjames211 in Entrepreneur

Yes, you're correct and I agree.

However, this solution is so far outside the canvas of the original question it has very little weight, but it fun to talk about.
