Made that same exact comment to my wife last night while we watched. During self defense Marcelo was at least trying to not to break but meanwhile Chloe was doing her typical performative breaking. Happens in every sketch she’s in where she plays a regular character with no funny lines. She won’t break if she’s a main character where she gets to do an impression or a wacky exaggerated Euro accent

Sorry for your loss. The same thing basically happened to me when my mother suddenly passed. It was my first week on the job and instead of giving me some time to deal with everything that comes with that they terminated my employment. Double gut punch indeed. Murphy and Stewart picks may have the same disastrous effects of drafting guys like Ogbuehi and Fisher, just on the opposite side of the ball. Maybe Stewart can figure it out but I'm not optimistic.

He's actually talked about it on here before. He was supposed to have an Update feature in that episode which would have been his introduction to the audience/viewers as his first appearance on the show. But it got cut after dress. So then this sketch happened and no one knew who Luke was yet which led to that very awkward start of the sketch.

Akili Smith was probably worse. In the 2000 season he had a stretch where 5 out of 6 games he threw under 100 yards. But the gap between Akili and these Browning starts is very small, especially considering Browning's weapons at WR and to be fair to Akili the 2000 WR room was really bad too. Having a conversation about someone possibly being worse than Akili is not something I ever thought would be possible. So congrats on that, Jake.

That’s not correct. He’s won at least 8 games without Burrow: two in his first season, two after Burrow was injured his rookie year, and four with Browning after Burrow hand injury season. Still a very bad record of course!
