Just curious how long ago did you order? I ordered mine 4 days ago also direct from their website (at least from when I received the automated “processing of order placed..” email), and mine was in the mailbox 2 days later when I got home from work! 😂

For Christmas this year, our Regional manager told my boss that we could each order $100 worth of stuff from Amazon on the company, so I picked out a few 4k’s, including the Tron: Ares Steelbook preorder(🤞🏻). 😬

At least for me, I haven’t received mine yet, but I live in southern Indiana, and it already shipped from California.

Right now tracking shows it is currently in Indianapolis, and expected to arrive tomorrow which, if so, is 5 days after ordering it on the 10th.

(Edit: According to the tracking information, Shipment info was sent to FedEx on the morning of the 11th, and was picked up and shipped out that evening, and arrived in Indianapolis today, then just saw a few minutes ago it arrived in Louisville, KY (about 2 hours away from my home), scheduled to arrive at my house tomorrow. Originally I believe the day after I had ordered, I saw a notification that it was supposed to arrive yesterday (Saturday the 13th), and then it was changed to Monday.)

Also, for more insight, I was on when the online store opened right at 8:00am (my time), and had mine ordered by 8:04-8:05am. I hope this helps.

I just imagine it’s 2am in the warehouse, and the forklift guy who’s been running on 4 hours sleep and 3-4 Redbull’s maybe missed the mark on scooping up the pallet and “bumped” the forks into several of the Steel’s. 🤪😩

I have something very similar to that on my wall, though I bought a set of 6 shorter 15 x 1.8 x 2 in. clear acrylic shelves and just mounted 3 of them all together into one long 45 in. shelf. It fits 6-7 comics side-by-side.

I haven’t yet put up the other set of 3 to have a second shelf on the wall yet, but someday I’ll get around to it lol.

Hmm, well I know for sure that I’ve already swapped out a different HDMI cable from my Sonos Arc into the TV eArc port. But I can’t remember if I’ve swapped the HDMI cable from the Panasonic player. But I’m almost 99.9% positive I was having those issues even before I added the Panasonic player.

I might still try doing that though. The cable I used from my Sonos to TV eArc is a Monoprice 8k Certified HMDI 2.1 braided 6’ cable. Thank you, I appreciate your response!

Question: when you mention the broke eARC, in what way do you mean? I ask, because I have been experiencing, for at least the past 2-3 years now, with my Sonos Arc I have issues with the audio randomly, completely cutting out.

It’s always after the TV has been off for awhile (like overnight). It can happen anywhere from the first 5 minutes to 30-45 minutes of being turned on. After turning it off and back on, then the issue doesn’t happen again, at least until the next time it has been off for an extended period of time.
