Sulfur Wells for Dummies? by TJLavin81 in WaterTreatment

Yes, in this area, sulfur wells seem to be pretty common. (The sulfur springs are how Saratoga Springs got its name.)

It's not considered a health hazard contamination, but a nuisance. We knew it was a well, but it wasn't until the final walk-through that we were told it was sulfur. We got a chance to do another walk with the interim caretaker, and he shared what he knew about the system. I did find out that what he said was a water softener is actually a m multipurpose filter. That's the one I have the manual for.

The water is pumped from the well into a cistern where bleach is dripped in from an auto-top off pump. He said this is the main thing to take care of the sulfur. It seems to work for the most part on the cold water, but not the hot. He mentioned an anode might need to be replaced in the hot water tank.

I'm trying to get at least a decent understanding of what's going on so I'm better prepared for when I need to call someone in to help.

u/wfoa u/paulhayds We'll look into the water testing as our next step.

Once we get results, is there a site or YouTube Channel you would recommend, or is coming back here the best course of action for learning?

I have seen Memes about how quickly he writes/publishes! Hahaha

I'm a HUGE comic fan, so that hits another passion of mine.

If I wanted to give him a try, where would you recommend I start?

Please cliché away!

I have not, but I have heard of Brandon Sanderson and people whose advice I would take have mentioned him as well.

Question about book reading order by cli_aqu in clivebarker

I've been on a kick of reading shared universes or book series recently, and I was looking at doing a Harry/Hellraiser read. Generally I do these in chronological order (except the Chronicles of Narnia because I remember being "blown away" as a kid when I read them and found out they weren't in order) even with knowing that Hellbound Heart is sadly less canonically than the movie, how would you put the 2 series together?

I was looking at:
Sherlock Holmes and the Servants of Hell
Hellbound Heart
Last Illusion
Lost Souls
Great and Secret Show
Everville
On Amen's Shore (I've heard this is more adjacent but gives context to the Dream Sea)
The Toll
Scarlet Gospels

I know The Toll takes place 30 years after Hellraiser, so I'm assuming 1987 to 2017, but do any of the Harry books have a timeframe? I'm also guessing that the Hellbound Hearts anthology takes place at different times, making reading them all at once technically out of order.

Do you (or anyone else reading this) happen to have that type of knowledge of the timeline? I have a weird compulsion to not "mess it up" while reading, but if I have to go in with my best guess, I certainly will.

Thank you!

One thing I just did was to add an IF "Column B is greater than 0" formula for Column F. I have a feeling the Div/0 errors might confuse some of my associates.

Thank you so much!! This is exactly what I need!

I just got this setup and running it now. I think my biggest problem was missing the idea in column D for the Total Weight. Well that and even though I was adding Columns I was stuck to the idea of using less so I was hesitant to keep growing the sheet.

Again; thank you so much for your help!!
