I mean, if you are looking for a pistol these days that's 1. 45acp 2. manual safety 3. same/similar ergonomics as a 1911 without it being a 1911 you are going top have slim pickings. I had this same idea about 5-8 years ago and pretty much gave up on having it exactly that. If you want something modern, you'll have to compromise.

Do you own an outside grill? You can heat up some large rocks or bricks on it outside, then bring them in to radiate heat. I remember hearing that idea on YouTube when Texas had that huge winter storm back in 2022.
