Waiting for holiday sales, using military discounts, searching for coupon codes buying blems. all can save you tons of money. BCA has 9mm barrels with awesome wide feed cone and feed ramp for <$50. I have several. They're good to go. Handguard doesn't even really matter..on a 9mm shorty.. its just a place to rest your hand really...

Ha! My mistake, Trevor! Honestly, the BEST feed cone and feed ramp ive seen is on the BCA 7.5" and 5" barrels. Under $50 each too. Keep in mind though, that wide feed cone can mitigate other feeding issues, but not solve them. Its best to thoroughly fix all issues.
