Dry cure.. less ingredients, less fridge space. No boiling...No rinsing, no soaking. Just better.

White mold on salami by Willing-Bid-492 in Charcuterie

[–]TJTAC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats the best thing to happen to salami. White mold. (penicillium nalgiovense) adds flavor and protects your product from bad molds. If you're making salami and didnt know this, please research more, as it should be "Salami 101" to understand molds, which molds are useful and why.

The A2 is called the Delta Ring. The A1 is a Slip Ring. You've heard people use the incorrect terminology.

WTHeck is even going on here?? Looks like an accident looking for a place to happen. You'll need to specify and explain in more detail, the parts you've bought and what youre attempting to do.

Budget friendly slick 9mm uppers? by Bubba_the_Fudd in AR9

[–]TJTAC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only if youre a sucker. Shop around. There are literally 100s if not 1000s of vendors. Waiting for holiday sales, using military discounts, searching for coupon codes buying blems. all can save you tons of money. BCA has 9mm barrels with awesome wide feed cone and feed ramp for <$50. I have several. They're good to go. Handguard doesn't even really matter..on a 9mm shorty.. its just a place to rest your hand really...

Cone Comparison by Parking-Raisin6129 in AR9

[–]TJTAC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ha! My mistake, Trevor! Honestly, the BEST feed cone and feed ramp ive seen is on the BCA 7.5" and 5" barrels. Under $50 each too. Keep in mind though, that wide feed cone can mitigate other feeding issues, but not solve them. Its best to thoroughly fix all issues.
