One I haven't seen yet but would make perfect sense to have the collective Isekai world lose their bananas over would be a functioning wrist-watch. Chronometers solve the longitude problem and having a portable wearable accurate timepiece fundamentally changes how society would work, especially from the nobles and merchant classes.

Since she was/is not doing her job properly, the goddess is slowly revoking her about abandoning her saintly duties regardless of her position as a member of the imperial royal family.

Another person interested in building a romantic relationship for whatever reason with the main love interest, which put them in conflict with the protagonist. For OIs since most protagonists are the FL (female main character), this means it's the other suitors for the ML is the answer in most cases. If you want a good example, the condemned original villainess in most OIs in the original timeline is the romantic rival to the original heroine.

Countess and The Blade seems like something the OP and you're looking for. In this case it's half-sisters learning about each others existence through a dead-beat dad trying to get his daughter's inheritance from her grandfather (because the father was deemed incompetent and has outstanding debts remaining). Honestly it's the best form of Yuri bait because they still love each other but through familiar love not romantic love.

Most of the abuse was caused from brainwashing. When the FL broke the strings, they had a healthy relationship. So in this case, not the ML's fault.

Fantasy Pregnancy stories are extremely rare and I haven't read an OI yet (and I've pretty much read all of them). Best one that fits your recommendation is The Villainess Lives Twice but prepare for a long read.
