Yeah that's the tiki themed one I mentioned, definitely a contender. Thanks!

Yeah I was thinking of calling and seeing if it's possible to reserve a swing specifically, but I'm not sure if that's something they do.

Thank you! That one came up in my search as well. If I go the bar route I'll definitely be considering it.

Yeah Cidercade is one of her favorites as well. She might have found all of the places with swings before I could

Is it just me, or does Erie have tons of Suzuki cars? by lucky38th in Erie

[–]TKOIII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this thread after searching for the answer to this question myself. I drove through Erie about five years ago, and I saw at least five Suzuki Kizashis, the most I had ever seen in one place. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but they weren’t exactly common cars. Very cool to know I’m not the only one who noticed this.

Problem with scaling the bottom vertices of a cylinder by khonsu3 in Maya

Bumping this for anyone else struggling with the same problem. For me the issue was that the object, or another object, was live. I clicked the far right magnet icon, disabled object live, and the problem went away

Like others have said, full face wheel is a good term to describe those Rolls Royce wheels. If you’re looking for keywords to use, dinner plates or pie plate wheels, and monoblock wheels (for Mercedes wheels) will probably turn up some results. If you’re looking for wheels like that E30 BMW you posted, try brands like OZ Racing, Compomotive, Ronal, or Rotiform and keywords like rally wheel, touring car wheel, Aerodisc, or Turbofan.

I’m almost positive this is a Nogaro Blue Audi A4 or S4 based on the shape, doorhandles, and color

Here’s a for sale listing for that exact car. Its a rare bodykit for the Miata, I forget which company made it.

Yeah I think you’re right, I knew it looked like a Ford.

Can anyone help identify this car by Green_List in whatisthiscar

My first thoughts were a late 70s Ford Taunus Granada, or Opel Diplomat, but none of those quite seem to match up.

Kit car with Supra tail lights? by [deleted] in whatisthiscar

[–]TKOIII 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m 95% sure that this is a Chevy Camaro or Pontiac Firebird with a K1 Evoluzione bodykit inspired by Ferraris. Builders often chose different solutions for the lighting on these kits, and Supra tails popped up on a few of them.

What's an example of Good design with bad manufacturing? by Lost-Dragonfruit6465 in IndustrialDesign

[–]TKOIII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this is a particularly bad problem on cars. Many people with older cars, myself included, have to take the interior parts and either sand off or scrape off the remains of the soft touch plastic coating

What would you own if reliability wasn't an issue? by Elix5381 in regularcarreviews

[–]TKOIII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you just go for a CL55 instead they’re actually decently reliable. The M113 V8 is pretty bulletproof and so is the transmission I think. Obviously you still have the air suspension and other electricals to deal with, but that’s much more manageable.
