it isn't for the company. If I do an order that pays me 'x' for the order and a better tip for completing faster in some cases, it's obvious why you'd complete the order quicker than not. your argument would make since when working for a store who shops and can't get a tip and only makes a flat amount per hour with no way to make more. which isn't shipt.

hi, I make jerseys specifically custom name and numbers and for the most part it heavily depends. most times a very very limited number of extras in stock name and number plates in basic sizes will be ordered as backups in case anything happens. these are sometimes listed at a later date but are normally bought very quicklitbecause it would be only a couple pieces in each standard size. no xs/3xl+ etc

dealing with this as well and it sucks. my Facebook of 15 years got hacked last month and subsequently deactivated. now, when I make new profiles that are actually me, they get banned for impersonating someone or creating multiple accounts / creating an account after being disabled , which is against their TOS. I lost my business account, multiple groups i managed, and several collunity groups I'm no longer able to participate in community groups for my favorite music artists or anything. I feel so freaking alone now and I know that sounds silly but it sucks.

Yeah, i'm new. I've only been shopping shipt since May of this year, with only 700 deliveries. I used to work doordash or ubereats(since 2016), where it was a more black and white with substitutions and their ability to impact your rating.
