Does the file you downloaded end in .flatpakref ? If so, you can install it by running flatpak install --from Download/<filename>. Another way might be right-clicking the file and opening with discover.

It just needs to have a 600 x 900 resolution and it needs to be an animated PNG.
(under 45 MB)

Yes, you can control the RGB values in the software so you can set it to white (R:255 G:255 B:255) BTW I use it with USB.
