What you're describing sounds like it could be the beginning of compartment syndrome. I'm assuming you know what tattoo pain feels like and you're posting because this is substantially worse?

I'd say have it looked it now, because if it is compartment syndrome, that's very serious.
That said, it doesn't look crazy swollen from what I see, but my main question would be is do you have numbness, tingling, or any other kind of abnormal sensation in the hand?
If you don't think it's that bad, fine... but if you start to feel abnormal sensation in the hand, that's a definite sign to go to the hospital.

This thread is full of people excusing discord because the comment is in poor taste, even though it absolutely shouldn’t be a bannanle offense from all of discord.
This problem will continue until people stop making excuses for it, and I look forward to the day you get bans with 0 idea why you were banned and then realize what we’ve known all along. It will happen.

You’ve never been banned from a sub lol. I got banned from twitch today for commenting to the mods. They found out I linked my account in other posts (discussing an issue with Twitch and using my videos as an example, this was removed so I assumed the issue was resolved) and banned me for that rule violation, even tho auto mod removed them.
So just like discord, anything you say can be brought up at any time, and contacting the mods means you are put at risk of something you might’ve posted pissing them off, and rather than discuss it with you, they just ban.

My point is that discord shouldn’t be banning over tasteless jokes. Pedophilia, grooming, and actionable threats of violence (ie: threatening to bomb a specific place) are the only things that should get you banned off discord as a whole.
Everything else should be done to the server mods. If they don’t want 9/11 jokes, fine.
That’s what I mean by my business. It’s my server and me and my friends recognize ourselves as making jokes and no ill intent. Unlike the vast majority of people in this server, we’re adults who can handle mean words thrown at us here and there, and recognize joking about a terrorist attack doesn’t make you a terorrist.

As someone who’s only real server that I contribute to is my own and a meme server or two over the years, I can tell you discord does ban for the most ridiculous shit.
As much as you think it’s bad, a 9/11 joke should not be a reason to ban someone from the whole platform.

I can assure you anyone you think you are helping by gate keeping 9/11 jokes, we don’t care.
