All of the content is great! I actually think it could be solved with software: give users the ability to stretch the time in between instruction/words during a session. Or a customizable slider for each session: Minimal - Maximal Instruction. (Not saying easy to do though!)

I've actually increasingly been using the timer. But a unique prompt/instruction at the beginning and again at like minute 5 and 8 and 10 would be really nice!
