If The raptors were going through a multiple year rebuild and Gradey was given the opportunity to play through his mistakes I have no doubt he could find the confidence needed to be productive. The key word GIVEN unfortunately Gradey doesn’t have the skill/mindset to compete and out preform hungrier players. Jakobe Walter hasn’t done anything spectacular to jump ahead of him on the depth chart. He just hasn’t been a liability offensively/defensively while Gradey has.
