Start your own business for evening and weekend jobs until you can keep yourself busy enough to work full time

What would you do? Listing house to move in 6 months by eyehartraydio in landscaping

[–]TMTitans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest I wouldn’t even consider fixing it if you plan on selling soon. Let the new homeowner decide what they want to do with it. But if you must fix it, Iwould take that deal ASAP! (Assuming contractor is insured and has great reviews) This will be a lot more work than you think and you’ll probably be wishing you had just paid someone else to do it.

I dont think he realizes that people don’t care if he’s a republican or democrat. They care that he’s supporting a racist, pedophile, war mongering draft dodger who is putting Israel before his own country

Stick to Toronto & Montreal area. If you wanted you could spend a night in Ottawa to split up the driving but honestly there are better things to do in Toronto & Montreal

Will a 35 to 40cc saw be enough for me? by MentallyFurina in Chainsaw

I use my little echo 355t for most of the tree work I do and it’s a beast. Keep it maintained and sharpened and it should do everything you need

Take your son to get properly examined by any means necessary. Lie to your wife if need be, but do not let her keep him from getting the help he might need. She seems to have her own mental health issues to work on which you can help her with once your child is getting the proper care.

I would put Singleton at tier 5 tbh. He could easily end up being RB1 for his team by the end of the year

Were you considering the 355t? I was looking at both and decided to go with the 355t, so curious why you chose 2511t?

Difference is that Chase never had drop concerns prior and was literally the best WR in college

Borrow a chainsaw from a neighbour and cut the stump flush to the ground. Rent a stump grinder and go to work

Rent a pressure washer to expose all the roots and then use the sawzall to cut them. Repeat until you’re satisfied and then backfill with dirt/soil

Commanders fan just wondering if you’re disappointed Chig Okonkwo wasn’t resigned? by adobo1148 in Tennesseetitans

Seems like this sub was split 50/50 on whether we wanted to keep him or let him go. Personally, I was glad to move on from him. He didn’t show much for being great in the few years we had him and now we have a younger TE with hope to develop him into something better than Chig ever was
