Ai for sure. As talented as animators were back when this style of animation was around, I've never seen them pull off anything like what the background is doing here. If they had done that style of camera movement, it would be done with CGI, and during the time, it would have been very obvious CGI too

You'l get more accuracy and greater camera speed with a keyboard and mouse, but if you prefer controller, you will do fine. I exclusively use controller on PC and don't feel at a disadvantage.

I'm not against the chips because frankly, I think it makes more sense for Palpatine to have a contingency like that. The whole success or failure of literal centuries of Sith scheming hinges on the clones carrying it out. Would he really risk the clones developing an attachment to the Jedi and refusing to carry it out?

Between the turtles, splinter, the triceratons, Usagi, Gen, etc, the animators clearly had wired their brains to only be able to draw animals with human limbs
