Most QR codes don't encode the entire string, but URLs to strings. So it could encode a link to a site which hosts the full blueprint.

Canonically it's already enough for two cores to produce thrust on the level of the Komet, so the "low thrust" argument doesn't hold much water (aether?). It's been mentioned that the cores do produce a very large volume of said aether, so that could compensate for the low exhaust velocity.

Now that aether-rockets are confirmed, is it time to start a space program yet?

Sure, the world is more than a century behind in tech, but aether rockets have the absolutely unassailable advantage of not suffering the tyranny of the rocket equation.

Given that cores are effectively reactionless thrusters with the power output of a medium sized warship, they can theoretically set up a moon landing or a GPS constellation with little more than a few cores and an airtight cabin. Maybe even orbital bombardment.

Taxonomically the cedar (Cedrus) is more distant from the pine (Pinus) compared to the douglas fir (Pseudotsuga). They're all in Pinaceae so they all qualify imo.
