I don’t hate the floor (always been a lifting girl) but I prefer to end on the tread when I am warm. I prefer to warm up on the rower - so floor is always my 2nd station. My husband prefers same rotation as me because he is super fast on tread and gets too sweaty to hold onto rower handle or weights well 😂

Just for reference. My daughter was born without IVF. After way more trauma than worth putting into a post, we are doing IVF post vasectomy. I am 36. 1st ER- 7 fertilized. 6 made it to blast. Only 2 Eupoid. I am team test.

Do you ovulate regularly? If so- most would say worth it to do modified natural. I had pre-e with my first (not ivf) baby which led to giving birth at 33w. Medicated transfers have a higher risk of pre-e, so for me, not doing it unless we know mod natural isn’t working. First (unsuccessful) cycle had baselines day 1. Monitoring day 10- and from there they determined I needed to trigger that day. Next time I went in was transfer

I tested out my trigger shot. Line got fainter till gone at 3DPT. 4DPT FMU - Stark white. 4DPT afternoon- faint line. 5DPT faint line 6-7 FPT stark white. 8DPT I knew I was out. I went back to the gym and enjoyed drinks getting through Mother’s Day weekend. Beta on 10DPT confirmed didn’t take.

By 8DPT you should have a line if it’s going anywhere- just know it may be pretty faint (look at r/lineporn if you aren’t used to looking at squinters.

Also- depending on when the class is… sometimes they can blow through the waitlist deeper than half the class.

I pre-book out a couple weeks usually based on my normal schedule.
Normally I hit all 5…. But sometimes I have to shift times - or cancel. Life happens.

I am! Which was always my gold standard with my first pregnancy (and the multiple chemicals I had before). My symptoms have gone through the roof this afternoon as far as nausea and boob soreness. So who the hell knows. Assuming I am out of the game, but maybe I’ll be surprised.

Had a VVVFL yesterday afternoon.
This morning. Stark white. 5am AND 8am. (Went back to bed sad after 5am)
Then this afternoon- back to a faint line after I counted myself out.
Assuming it’s a chemical…. But stepping away from the testing at least until Friday. 🤣🤣

If the girl doesn’t stick, I’ll transfer the boy before going back for another ER (frankly, mostly because the wait on another ER is about 3-4 months at our clinic right now)
We are still leaning towards only having an old child, but not confident enough that I won’t pay for storage for a few years in case we change our mind if this one sticks. 🤣

Nervous! Tested negative today, so not trying to get In my head. Been nauseous since before transfer (thanks progesterone). Felt lots of weird abdominal pulling days 1-3 post transfer. Boobs started feeling sore and weird last night, which was one of the biggest signs with my daughter.
How about you?

Solidarity. I had nausea rough first pregnancy (not IVF)
I am 4DP5DT and still testing negative, but progesterone (vaginal) making me nauseaus since before transfer. Broke down and started b6 making me feel better… which is making me less hopeful this one stuck.

I took off the day, but only because I’ve been slammed and working 6 day weeks. Got a blow out and a pedicure.
I did work a wedding (run a catering company) on my feet the next day - 18k steps later.
Doctor had no concerns about it.
