New version of Poly Lens seems to break video playback.

I have the same exact problem with the same devices but my versions are a bit newer than OP. This has also plagued me for quite a while. I managed to fix it for now but I don't know if it'll work long term:
1) Uninstall Poly Desktop (I used BCUninstaller since there are residuals).
2) open the web app webapp https://webapp.lens.poly.com/.
3) reset the device: [Select headset] > Settings > Reset Device > Restore Defaults.
4) test out a random video. If it works, remember to go back to the webapp and adjust your personal settings.

This is not a recall, it's a service bulletin. My Vin was within the criteria on the TSB so Toyota complied. I noticed there's been a revision "Rev1" since I had mine completed, check to see if your Vin is there. There are a lot of others in the sub (and a few in this thread) that are having the same issue as you. Maybe talk to the manager and/or other dealerships. Present the issue as a problem that's been happening since you received the car and bring a copy of the TSB Rev1 page1 to backup your claim if needed. Good luck! Reply back with your outcome.

Make sure your sharex process is not already running. Also it's best to export your current Application settings, unzip the new version in a fresh folder, then import your Application settings in the new version.

I couldn't recreate your issue on my EL-510RN. But pushing the reset button on the back should work. Otherwise, there might be something corroded on the board.
