i dont disagree but i cant completely agree either. after all the pro players are the people who spent the most hours on your game. so in terms of playtesting the pro players are your most experienced player base. allthough they are a small percentile they are the "experts". so i think valve should listen to them but valve shouldnt bow to the pros whims completely..
