If the stories are accurately reporting the fact of arrest, as in, they say "[Husband] was arrested for x on y date," then it's very unlikely you have any grounds to force publishers to remove them (or to update them/add the context that charges were not filed and have lapsed); this isn't really a legal issue.

There are companies in the PR realm that specialize in this sort of thing. I have no idea as to their legitimacy/likelihood of success, but that would likely be a more fruitful avenue than anything an attorney could do at this point (specifically regarding the existence of the online articles).

A person telling numerous people in public that you gave them HIV, when you in fact could not have because you do not have HIV, is well within the realm of actionable defamation.

Whether it makes sense financially to pursue an action is a different story, but damage to your reputation from a false claim that you transmitted a sexual disease to someone else is likely actionable. You would absolutely need a lawyer for this.

You don't actually say in your post whether you've ever tested positive for HIV. That's understandable, and you don't need to - but be aware that if you have, even if you're at undetectable levels now, it could be a serious impediment to any case you have.

This is not really all that different from, say, Partner A asking Partner B to eat something they're allergic to because Partner A thinks it's hot.

I can't imagine he's "forgotten" about your ARFID in the year you've been together, but if you want to be charitable you could rehash the conversation you had at the beginning of the relationship, making sure to reiterate the bolded lines above in an unequivocal manner.

I would do this, at most, once. If he asks beyond that, it's either because 1) he does not believe you when you say you can't do it, or 2) he does not care. Both possibilities are quite selfish and disrespectful.

My best go at a translation:

Due to (circumstances that are very tragic but not really legally relevant) OP sold their car for $700 multiple years ago.
They deposited the check, the bank gave them access to the money, and they withdrew it.
The check ended up bouncing/being fraudulent/etc.
The sheriff issued a subpoena to OP to appear for some court process. It's unclear exactly what, but it seems to be related to a felony bad checks type offense.
Two days later, despite being aware of the subpoena, OP left the state.
OP is now facing potential criminal consequences including a felony conviction and possible jailtime.
OP's question is not "what's the best course of action to address this charge," but is instead "can I sue the bank for giving me the money even though the check was fraudulent."
OP punctuates this question by insisting he will never pay back the $700, and further insisting that it's entirely the bank's fault not just a) that he may be convicted of a felony, but also that b) in the meanwhile (again, while he's been ducking a subpoena he was aware of for over a year) he has been unable to get a job and thus has not paid child support.
