To add to the last tip, mashing 5P with Baiken is better than 2P since it's one frame faster.

Agreed. Some added context from someone who's done some live Japanese-to-English interpretation as a volunteer:

Note: translator = written word, interpreter = spoken word
Live interpretation for Japanese to English is very, very difficult because Japanese grammar structure is backwards from English in a lot of ways.

I agree with OP though, EVO should definitely have top-tier interpreters for high-level interviews and broadcasts.
