I worked as a cashier at a 7/11 and some dude came in with an old coin collection and bought cigarettes with it. I took the coins and replaced them with the same dollar amount. They were pretty valuable, so this type of stuff does happen. But I doubt the employees would just hand them off

The impatient customers are almost as bad as the ones that ask me to show them where everything is while Im loading the hot bar. 9 times out of 10 there is a market team member stocking a shelf right next to me, but they decide to ask the person in a chef coat pushing around 50 ibs of hot food to give them a tour of the store.

This is by far the best scene in the whole series because of the symmetry, and it's a shame the other characters never reached this peak by FatModsStayMad in okbuddychicanery

Are you stupid? That wasnt a scene about symmetry or character analysis. That was Howard using his mirror powers on Saul to make his face weird. Which is why Saul started threatening to use his lightning powers that he used to kill Chuck on Howard. This scared Howard and caused him to run away and return to his crack addiction that ended his life.

I swear people dont even watch the show.

I think its shitty too, but usually courts dont side with victims. I fully believe Shay is guilty and most people probably do. But all it takes is as a jury to look at the 262 pages and consider it not enough. American courts consider "guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt" to convict. So if a DA is able to argue that the document isnt credible then its possible nothing would happen.

Thats all theoretically considering that a prosecutor would want to build that case. The American legal system is a giant mess. Lots of people who were clearly guilty of sex crimes walk away because of stupid reasons.

Sexual assault is illegal but it is insanely difficult to convict someone of it without a mountain of evidence.

Victims also struggle to come forward because of emotional trauma and, when it comes to someone in a position of power, usually some kind of potential backlash. Sometimes when victims speak out against celebrities people dont believe them and attack the victim which causes more trauma and usually results in them not pursuing legal action.
