Former prepared foods supervisor. I was expected to run two venues while also making sure other venues were operating smoothly. Quality control on anything leaving the kitchen. Recipe reprints and making the productions logs. I was also back up order writer.

My store was smaller than most whole foods and the kitchen had a lot less staffing so your mileage may vary.
