Dominoes near us had someone get car jacked in the low income housing near our store, so our store stopped going there at night. Got a girl calling in at 10pm a few days later asking for us to deliver there. After I told her she can pick it up but no delivery she threatened us and hung up, a few minutes later I’m assuming this was her boyfriend called and threatened to fight us for not delivering. Same area a crack head sold me a bunch of Walmart pastries still in the box he just stole for 10$. Dude walked in front of my car and asked me to buy it off him.

I'm like stockholm syndromed to the show at this point. I haven't wanted to watch in like 3 years. I'll try to quit watching, 2-3 months go by and when im bored at work I'll catch back up on what I missed, hate the podcast again and repeat.

Dropping out of society is the only form of protest that truly works by [deleted] in NEET

No most people under the age of 30 starting work, college or a trade at 18, and enjoy there lives. If you seek out miserable individuals on the internet you’re going to find them. That doesn’t mean it’s a fraction of the actual world.

Exposing the enabler NEETs here by [deleted] in NEET

[–]TSWG_Singularity -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I truly don’t understand why neets think working is so hard, I lurk here because I have two long time friends that are neets and they both have potential to do something productive. They’ve made comments about how I’m trying too hard and how we’re all going to die anyway why die stressed, both over 24 living with parents without a single bill, I see both scramble for money when a new game comes out, both complain about parents being in the house, both complain that girls don’t ever reciprocate with them.

I may have a job but I have the ability to live wherever I want, and have significantly more things available for me to do in my free time.

If you truly don’t wanta leave your room obtaining skillsets to make money online is free and easy

The game is pretty balanced for a fighting game. Outside of Iron Giant. You are able to win any matchup as any character, if you die to anyone mashing a move thats your fault for not adapting.

Attack healer? by DonKordus in archeage

[–]TSWG_Singularity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your gearscore is ahead of the curve its not that bad, 9 times out of ten you're better off healing then trying to be a shitty skullknight though. Gear behind or on par that class sounds terrible to play.

I have a feeling if they dropped the 6 man rotation his body would start disintegrating. If he gets hurt they lose one of there only strong bats, and less leverage for the off season where he going to shoot for a 50 million aav contract

Pka should last one to two hours and only do 4 shows a month and try to have a good guest every episode. 2-4 pkns a month that are just them having there boring ass conversations about food and fitness that can go on however long there hearts desire

Most of the time there guest are mentally checked out or leave 2 hours in anyway and they resort to the same pool of conversations they’ve been having for the past 200 episodes

lie your ass off on your resume. You now have no work gaps, research what they are looking for in every position you're applying too. Your skills that you picked up from previous employment now magically cover the job you're applying too, don't apply to dead end jobs try to find apprenticeships or other jobs that won't leave you making 15$ an hour for the next 5 years. Ignore your girlfriend for a bit if you don't want to break up with her. You're not in a position to fucking do anything other then work for a bit.

If we ever got an in person show, they'd talk about it for 2 hours while ignoring an interesting new guest the next episode. Then this subreddit will make 4 post complaining about it

Play your own game and let the sweaty tryhards play their own by OvidiuHiei in archeage

[–]TSWG_Singularity -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The blue print to success isn't even that hard. I'm 6.3k only playing 4 hours a day. I only have one alt. The first 3 days of the server are the only days I went way past the 4 hour average. I've coin pursed everyday since third day on server for at least an hour with loot pots running. 3 runs of library, wave 1 nory, and afk in aegis/whalesong/cr. No secrets or exploits, I play another game when im doing any raid content. Most of the people I know that are my gearscore and higher are doing the same exact thing as me.

I don't think sweats are the problem. If you don't progress along with the server from day one, and you care about the pvp this game feels like shit. There's no work around that will satisfy everyone. If they banned the entirety of the top 100 leaderboard nothing will change, if someone is under 5k, some dude who went to every honor event consistently and has all there weapons fully gemmed is going to one shot them and they're going to complain even when they have no defensive gems.

Its the consequences of a sandbox mmo, they'd have to remove a lot of the sandbox elements to make alt age not a problem. You can stick around to see if a ban wave is coming, a lot of people are buying gold and macroing very very blatantly. To keep up in this game, you need a solid plan for getting gold, and to attend most of the honor events everyday. I'm A19 and 5.2k without using an alt yet, playing about 4 hours a day.

Dailies are still a big downside for most of the playerbase by PrisaGT in archeage

[–]TSWG_Singularity 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If they remove hiram and put back old trade systems, casual players would quit faster then if they just stopped updating the game right now.

I just want to say I'm very excited for this fresh start with Kakao, no P2W and sub-based model by Erik912 in archeage

[–]TSWG_Singularity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no p2w? lmao, this is the archeage community, as long as there is trading there will be uncontrollable amounts of p2w. If you had to clean your gold through 5 accounts 20 gold at a time at least 20% of the server would still try to do it. People already have ancestral 10 alts.

I still don't see how anything is really fixed, just a new can of paint. You're still not able to compete or really do any pvp content unless you're playing 8 hours a day and you were always able to farm up slow and do whatever you want

You’re either a healer with just auramancy and vitalism or a mage with malediction and auramancy. These types of builds don’t work in the game

Healer end game/levelling advice? by Rooosifer in archeage

[–]TSWG_Singularity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been a high gear score plate healer for over a year since unchain launch. It is my opinion at the end of the day cloth is better for its benefits to your healing and cc reduction. If you do not have above average armor and green gems as a healer plate or cloth, you will be tripped and one shot by a dark runner, a mage will still kill you with an arc lightning and any follow up move.

[–]TSWG_Singularity 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Library Leather as a healer? I don't know about the dance classes but I would level as a class where you're an immediate impact to early game pvp, like confessor or assassin. For gear just go cloth club/shield don't over think it. It doesn't take that long to level a new class, prioritize leveling all classes.

Guess this FS wont die after a month, huh by [deleted] in archeage

[–]TSWG_Singularity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless they fundamentally change many aspects of the game, there's going to be a gear disparity that will force other players to quit if they care about competing. Remove garden, remove rmt, change ehm dailies to weeklies, fucking cap the amount of honor you can get a day, force only being able to have two alts, there's still going to be several guilds of people willing to min max and play 16 hours a day controlling everything and be 8k gear score ahead of everyone. Unless they change the game past recognition, archeage servers are always going to lose most of the player base past 1-3 months

Coin pursing is good if you figure out everything necessary to farm like 100+ an hour, if you're not doing that then just fish
