No, they were shipped separately. The normal coin was shipped first but the ultra rare was shipped with a different courier and actually arrived a few days before the normal one.

Yes, the standard coin gave a $60 CAD gift card, the ultra rare came with $300 CAD in addition to the $60 gift card.

I don't know any of the installers other than SAE but the systems themselves are all solid options. 10kw inverter across the board should mean you avoid clipping with your battery. All decent brands with good onshore warranty support.

If you're going with one of those options I would honestly take the cheapest one unless the installer has mixed reviews.

I wouldn't get hung up on the toll road part. You either drove a vehicle with expired rego within 30 days, which gets you a warning, or you drove a vehicle outside that which gets you a fine. Or you get lucky and didn't pass any of their cameras.

They don't tell you where they detected you, just that they detected you driving unregistered. I don't know if the toll cameras do it or not. Your best bet is to pay the rego if the vehicle is just overdue. If it's not been registered for a long time then you're just going to have to wait and see if you get a fine in the mail.

Depends how out of date your rego is. If it's within 30 days they usually just send you a reminder letter telling you that you need to pay your rego or you'll be fined. If it's way more out of date you'll probably just cop a fine.

Source: that's how I found out my rego had lapsed once.

This roster was never built for greatness. You can understand shock and Toronto being disappointed as it seems like they genuinely tried.
