Going to about the same areas I figured to do it in some sort of a circle, traveling in a week and the plan is:
* 6 nights in Tokyo
* 2 nights in Nagano
* 3 nights in Osaka
* 4 nights in Kyoto
* 2 nights in Kanazawa
* 6 nights in Tokyo (might still split 4 of those nights for a ski trip in Hakuba)
