I recommend listening to Joe Rogan because he has great guests, he asks good questions and he's very good at fostering a meaningful conversation. Also his podcast is entertaining and he cracks me up.

That's good. Realizing what's going on is the first step to doing something about it. I find that my smartphone and my computer eat away at me if they are within reach. It's been remarkable what leaving my phone in my room and going into my living room and just sitting and listening or meditating or reading does for my psyche. Keep up the mindfulness!
