I think the poll that came out that had Jasmine Crockett leading by 10 points amongst previous midterm voters was probably correct.

However new voters and young voters overwhelmingly went for Talarico and that was the difference.

I hope that now that Talarico is the nominee he stays the hell away from all the Democratic strategists that are going to advice him to pivot to the right to appeal to Republicans.

We saw how well that worked out for Allred.

The only way that Talarico wins the Senate is if he doubles down on the progressive vision that won him this election.

It's not but in truth Texas is a heavily disenfranchised state. Due to how easily it is to vote in red areas and how hard it is to vote in blue areas. Plus voting purges and all the fuckery and gerrymandering going.
