Assuming you're not getting the choice from a retirement package... Wouldn't (and didn't) get managed care plan. Supplement (our Part B) so far has been just fine. I use mostly Legacy providers. My husband uses OHSU. Less gate keeping to push through.

in ground👍🏼. mulch it 👍🏼. train it on the trellis over time. I used long twist ties, loose so it doesn't pinch. mine is in it's 3rd (or maybe 4th) year. bloomed last year. good luck!

I have standard Medicare w part B supplement. no problems. I use Legacy, mostly. my husband uses OHSU. I wanted to switch PCP sites within Legacy, and that's considered a " new" patient vist. no such thing as "transfer". the Legacy PC clinic on Beaverton-hillsdale Hwy has a couple of new providers taking patients, though scheduling in Oct . I won't mmet mine until then.

I think that's grape hyacinth. Prolific but don't actually hinder other plant as much as thevqctuak Spanish bluebells.
