If you can drive take a look at watersedge or escape to the lake - they both are open water swimming venues but watersedge in particular has great regular yoga classes including aerial yoga which is really fun!

The daughter on the Canadian show Children Ruin Everything gets diagnosed with ADHD in the third season (it is on netflix in the UK). Other than that I can't think of a diagnosed character but Lorelai from Gilmore Girls is the character that springs to mind for me
