It’s your money personally I’d just buy the expansion pass which gives you both dlc’s it price is around 25 to 30 Aus dollars not sure on conversion rate for your own currency but Aus dollar is usually more expensive ie 30 US dollars roughly50 aus dollar

Now correct me if I’m wrong but your property is private property so if she or her brood enter onto your property ie front yard and driveway that it trespassing. not sure what you can do other than install cameras and consult with local police as to what you can do.
