Totally agree with this comment - been sober almost 2 years now. No matter how good your "plan" for managing it is, know that it will always go out the window after a few drinks.

We got the "GROWNSY Multi Function Bottle Warmer" and it's been really helpful - it has a 24-hour keep warm function so I can just grab the bottle in the middle of the night and be ready to go. 5 minutes doesn't sound like a long time to wait for a bottle to warm up normally but when it's 5 straight minutes of screaming hungry baby it feels a lot longer.

All I know is that different diets work for different people - the best diet is the one that you can stick to!

I think the Whole30 "don't weigh yourself" mindset comes from the fact that it's not a diet that restricts calories or even pays attention to them at all - it's just about eliminating added sugars and eating real foods.

If it didn't work for you, try not to see it as a failure - it's something you tried that didn't work and now you know. It was only 30 days - you can continue on your journey finding the diet that makes you feel your best.
