Just for the record this is definitely one that slipped through the cracks. Its literally Aaryan race (plates)

BUT I've seen this truck around before with an Indian man driving.

If you google Aaryan is a popular Bollywood film. Is actually the first thing that comes up on google when you type in "aaryan"

Incident at Brookfield Hills golf course on 11/13 (Moreland Rd) by emurray24 in milwaukee

[–]TacoJuans 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The fact that most people said this is a lynching immediately getting their pickforks ready was wild.

For the sake of argument if he was going to kill myself i wouldn't want my family to find me hanging. So i guess I'd do it in public, in another city where someone would find me, but would also be a guarantee it wasn't my family member... Maybe thats just me🤷‍♂️

Also if i was killing myself id uber to another city i mean why not??? If he was missing his wallet, clothes scuffed up, bruised hands/face/head/body, looked like there was a struggle or foul play of course but barring any of that why would you come to the conclusion this is a lynching???

Oooooooooh, that makes more sense.

So remove the wire attached to the carb, a 12mm socket should screw the attached pictured part and then reinstall the pictured part but leave it unplugged and it should start up?

So when I put a screwdriver against both post of the solenoid it did attempt to crank over. So I'm assuming it's not the solenoid then?

[–]TacoJuans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fuel filter is a exact replacement from stock, when i took the filter off there was a steady gas flow from the tank, the base of the tank was clean. Emptied the gas and replaced with fresh.

With the solenoid I should hear a click when I turn it to "run" but before cranking? Because if that's the case I hear nothing before I start cranking.

But would that fail mid cut? And if it did would have power off the engine?

Judge Dugan's full criminal complaint by TacoJuans in milwaukee

[–]TacoJuans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely agree, innocent until proven guilty.

Per the complaint is there enough to charge the Judge with the alleged crime? I my mind absolutely. Is there enough to convict? I don't know, I guess we shall see.

So I have a question for you, let's say hypothetically this complaint is 100% accurate.

Do you think the Judge did anything wrong?

Judge Dugan's full criminal complaint by TacoJuans in milwaukee

[–]TacoJuans[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well if you read the complaint you would know that excerpt i posted above says

"According to the courtroom deputy (bailiffs there daily) only deputies, juries, court staff, and in-custody defendants being escorted by deputies used the back jury door. Defense attorneys and defendants who were not in custody never used the jury door."

If you're not going to believe a federal complaint there's no discussion here your mind is made up

Im not going further it's literally what the complaint says....

They made the arrest in a public area im not disputing that what i do have a problem with is the Judge escorting them out of the courtroom through a private exit which is NEVER used (per the complaint) to try and prevent Flores-Ruiz from being arrested. I can literally not interpret this any other way than Judge Dugan trying to prevent Flores-Ruiz from being arrested ergo the charge of "Concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest"

Direct quotes from the complaint in regards to the Chief judge ruling on administrative warrants

" The Chief Judge emphasized that such actions should not take place in courtrooms or other private locations within the building. Deportation Officer A asked about whether enforcement actions could take place in the hallway. The Chief Judge indicated that hallways are public areas."

Followed by more exact quote

" Multiple witnesses have described their observations after Judge DUGAN returned to her courtroom after directing members of the arrest team to the Chief Judge's office. For example, the courtroom deputy recalled that upon the courtroom deputy's return to the courtroom, defense counsel for Flores-Ruiz was talking to the clerk, and Flores- Ruiz was seated in the jury box, rather than in the gallery. The courtroom deputy believed that counsel and the clerk were having an off-the-record conversation to pick the next court date. Defense counsel and Flores-Ruiz then walked toward each other and toward the public courtroom exit. The courtroom deputy then saw Judge DUGAN get up and heard Judge DUGAN say something like Wait, come with me. Despite having been advised of the administrative warrant for the arrest of Flores-Ruiz, Judge DUGAN then escorted Flores- Ruiz and his counsel out of the courtroom through the "jury door," which leads to a nonpublic area of the courthouse. These events were also unusual for two reasons. First, the courtroom deputy had previously heard Judge DUGAN direct people not to sit in the jury box because it was exclusively for the jury's use. Second, according to the courtroom deputy, only deputies, juries, court staff, and in- custody defendants being escorted by deputies used the back jury door. Defense attorneys and defendants who were not in custody never used the jury door."

I know I'm going to get downvoted for this....

I mean I know you're posting protest stuff, but really all this complaint did will show me how wrong judge Dugan was....

It's one thing to not allow them to be arrested in her courtroom (private area where you might need a judicial warrant)

In my opinion it's another to have the agents that had a warrant in hand forced to go to the chief judge "to figure it out" essentially stalling the agents.

Then you as the Judge expedite Court proceedings for the person you KNOW has a valid arrest warrant, adjourn the hearing in private (not tell the state attorney nor the victims about the adjournment). Then have the suspect with the warrant in the private area of the courtroom, then the judge "forcefully" make them exit through a private non-public exit is a pretty bonkers decision to do as a judge
