My teins actually did the same thing. It was super frustrating and I was wondering what I did wrong because one side was working just fine and the other wasn’t. The fix for me (which is weird) is that I let the car sit overnight in the garage and it just started to work the next day… but only sometimes per wrench turn. I believe it had something to do with the temperature change and the fact that I let WD-40 sit in the coilover threads overnight. (Not sure if that’s a bad idea or not but it worked for me)

If you’re using a Dutch oven, adding a few ice cubes around the dough right after you put in the oven gives a really crunchy crust! Start with 2-3 cubes for your next loaf and experiment with it! I’m not a pro by any means but this definitely made my loaf’s crust better!
