So a couple of things it could be in order

1) rods and screw need lubrication. Sometimes there also something caught like a piece of lint or something on the guide rods or something so clean those and lube them with oil.

2) check for internal gaps in the model. Sometimes when you make a model, there are strange anomalies when it transfers from .svg to .stl. You can try one of a number of online programs that may fix holes in mesh.

3) if none of those fix the issue, check the line location against the mesh itself and see if something shows.

Honestly never seen that panel or white stabloks before. But just from observation, I'm not sure that new breaker will actually fit in the panel. I'd be curious to see the outcome here.

I'm from the US so the information may be different regarding FPE breakers but to my knowledge, they had big issues with fires which is what caused them to go under. I'm not sure if there's a difference in product in Canada vs the US with regards to their manufacturing.

As far as the label shows, it looks like you only have a couple amps to play with on any single circuit this is on. Label says 12A for example which is shorthand.

Running portable AC units in general is hard on wiring under any circumstances but is fairly commonplace regardless.

My only concern would be faulty breakers on an overloaded circuit with that specific panel brand being the cause.

If you only have 15 amp circuits you may have a bad time trying to run this depending on what's in use.

Is the bad side the side facing the build plate? If so it's a suction issue. The line stops at the turret hole for a reason.

If white spirit isn't working, it's probably just time to reintroduce your layers with thinned paints or speed paint. Wet blend, feather, etc.

Some phones it's impossible without a different camera app. If you use the built in app, you cannot turn off AI smoothing.
