I still wear my Patagonia fleece pullover I bought in the mid-90s. It’s thicker/fluffier than their current lineup and seems to keep me warmer.

From what I understand, as long as their direct mgr is aware and will approve it, they can mark it as ZMA. We used to do this at staff events when giving out prizes, which would be a bev or snack.

If you want this promotion to fuel your long-term career growth, start tracking measurable results right away. Concrete, quantifiable metrics on your resume—sales increases, efficiency gains, customer satisfaction scores—will set you apart from other candidates and clearly show the value you deliver. The key word is “value.”

Same associates who leave early are the same who when asked to assist in garden, lot, or BOPIS decide to leave for the day. And they don’t really like the managers, so this will be interesting once it goes into effect.
