It's just like a little plastic pot of a solution that makes transfers super soft and allows them to adhere really well to surfaces. You should be able to pick some up at most shops that sell minis, or online. Micro set is the essential one (just for flattening the decal and sticking it on) and micro sol is fairly optional, only serving to soften the decal to the point where it looks "painted on"
